The Church of Uganda Archbishop, His Grace Stanely Ntagali has asked the government of Uganda to withdraw taxes on all public universities.

While at the 19TH Graduation ceremony, The archbishop suggested that tax should be removed because these universities offer education to very many people which as a service shouldn’t be taxed.
Much more he added that by removing the tax education costs will be made affordable for all Ugandans which will reduce illiteracy and the number of drop outs.
He also asked the graduates to attain further education and also engage in life sustaining businesses by effectively using their talents and skills.
