Brian Isiko in court
Isiko Brian has this morning applied for bail pending the appeal hearing before the high court Judge.
Isiko who was jailed over illegitimate & indecent communication to Kabarole Woman MP Rwabwogo Sylvia appeared before Buganda road court underscoring the fact that the two year sentence was harsh and excessive.
Through his lawyer Ramathan Waiswa, the sentence is also bound to affect his study as a student.
In a recent interview, Hon Sylvia Rwabwogo that Isiko (25) was being used by other parties to lure her into a trap and kill her adding that he (Isiko) had been endlessly calling, texting and following her for over eight months.
