Uganda Police shines, scoops 17 medals in Dar Es Salaam

Uganda Police Forces team in the ongoing second edition of East African Police Chiefs Corporation Organization (EAPCCO) in Dar Es Salaam Tanzania has continued with impressive performance winning seven gold , six silver , and four bronze medals.
Below is how the players performed.

Nanziri Emily 200 meters women -Gold

Malyamungu Yahaya 200 meters for men-Gold

In 4× 100 meters for women’ Uganda Police team scooped silver and the participants were .

Chemtai Febia, Zawadi Mary , Chelengati Sylvia , and Nanziri Emily.

Olum Hamza proceeded to finals Bantam category.

Mugisha Ronald was knocked out in semi finals light weight category 64 KGS .

Kabuka Moses to finals in flyweight category 54kgs, Kamodo Emma was knocked out in semi finals Walter weight category 69 kgs while Magumba Ivan proceeded to finals in middle weight category 75kgs .

58-63 kgs Otyeno William- Gold .

68-74 kgs Mugyenyi Fred -Gold.

80-87kgs – Acellan Geoffrey – Gold .

74-80kgs Kaunda Kenneth -Gold.

54kgs Ojuka Samuel -Bronze .

54-57 Achiko Aron -Bronze.

87kgs Apiro Jackson Otika-bronze.

women.

62-67 Among I Rebecca Israel -Gold .

57-62 Naudo Betty -Silver.

53 -57 Happy Phiona -Bronze.

In soccer the Uganda Police football team defeated Kenya 1-0 and the goal was scored by Nyanzi Ronald.
