Opposition supporters are alleged to have this evening attacked and destroyed president Museveni’s Land cruiser V8 car in Arua.
This information was revealed by the Museveni’s press secretary Don Wanyama who said that police will soon issue a statement regarding the matter.
According to our reporter, the incident happened after a group of supporters to Independent- Bobi Wine- backed candidate Kasiano Wadri, collided with supporters of NRM candidate Nusrah Tiperu and chaos ensued.

It took efforts from Police to disperse the two groups with tear gas and live bullets. It is one of the bullets that finished Kawuma’s life, who was seated in Bobi Wine’s Tundra car.
It is not clear who shot the driver, but we can reliably confirm he died on spot.

By press time, police had not yet commented on both incidences however the Kyadondo East lawmaker Hon. Kyagulanyi Robert aka Bobi Wine has been arrested and taken to a yet to be identified destination.
