Kyadondo East Member of Parliament Hon. Kyagulanyi Robert Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine has spilled more secrets about the bloody scene that has happened in Arua town this evening.
This event has left Bobi Wine’s Driver dead and said to have been shot by alleged police officers.
According to tweet by the lawmaker immediately after the shootings, Bobi Wine says that the perpetrators thought they were shooting at him and ended up shooting his driver.
The hotel where the lawmaker is residing is already condoned off by the dozens of police officers and SFC officers. No one is allowed to either move in or out.

Bobi Wine is in Arua Municipality to campaign for Independent Candidate Kassiano Wadir ahead of Wednesday’s highly anticipated elections.
Earlier in the day, Bobi Wine pulled a gigantic that started with a procession that made the North Eastern city impassable.
It should be noted that the Arua race is a by-election aimed at filling the seat held by Late Col. Ibrahim Abiriga who was shot recently in a Kampala suburb unknown assailants.
