News reaching our desk indicate that former Inspector General of Police Gen. Kale Kayihura will appear before the Makindye Court martial tomorrow 23rd/August 2018.
According to our highly placed sources, Kayihura will be charged of counts related to abuse of office contrary to was circulating in Media Houses.
Immediately after his arrest, it was rumored that the former Crime Preventers Patron was to also to be charged for the murder of slain AIGP Andrew Felix Kaweesi something that is contrary to is appearing now.
