Government has again revealed how it has no intensions of re arresting Kyadondo East Member of Parliament Hon. Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine.
According to the Uganda Media Center Executive Director Mr. Ofwono Opondo, Bobi Wine is free to return to home when he wants and will be safe.
This comment following the intensifying rumors circulating on social media alleging that there is a plot to re arrest Bobi Wine when he comes back from USA.
However Ofwono notes that Bobi Wine is free like any other Ugandan though he has an obligation to respect his bail conditions as they were itemized by the courts of law.
He added that other controversial leaders like Gen David Ssejusa, Dr Olara Otunnu among others have returned to the country and nothing has happened to them.
In a press conference held on Thursday evening in Washington DC, Bobi wine said he would be returning to the country soon as his treatment is completed.
He quoted saying that he will win the fight for freedom or die trying.
Bobi Wine is in America for specialized treatment following the injuries sustained during the 13th August Mayhem that erupted in Arua town a night after election campaigns for the area Member of Parliament Seat climaxed.
