Kampala Lord Mayor Elias Lukwago has decried the increasing levels of insecurity the country is going through.
This comment follows the unrealistic brutal shooting of Former Buyende District Police Commander Muhammad Kirumira who has just been killed along with his wife by yet to be identified assailants.
Speaking to our Insider, Lukwago said he is even speechless and can’t believe that such a patriotic young officer is gone.
“But why Kirumira God, for how shall our people be killed like insects?” He Wondered.
This incident happened this evening a few meters away from his home in Bulenga a Kampala suburb. Kirumira was driving along with his wife and the duo were gunned down on spot.
