Government spokesperson Ofwono Opondo has this morning given a clear take about the fate of the celebrated Kyadondo East Member of Parliament Hon. Kyagulanyi Robert Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine.
Speaking while addressing the presser at the Uganda Media Center, Ofwono said Bobi Wine went on his own and he is as free as a bird to return.
Ofwono added that he is a Member of Parliament who qualifies to pass through the VIP section at the airport and given security up-to his destination if need be.
Bobi Wine has been in the United States for over a fortnight. He went there to seek specialized medical care following the injuries he sustained during the 13th August Arua mayhem.
