Former Forum for Democratic Party (FDC) Gen. Mugisha Muntu has decided to quit Uganda’s leading opposition party. This move following his recently climaxed countrywide consultations.
According to Muntu, his resignations and departure takes immediate effect.
It should be noted that Gen. Muntu and Patrick Amuriat’s leadership were today meeting at Fair way Hotel to discuss several issues but the meeting ended prematurely.
Gen. Muntu and team were left alone in the meeting as Amuriat, Lubaga’s Joyce Nabbosa Ssebugwawo and Mubarak Munyagwa walked out after the party youth raided the venue demanding for their exit.
