Muntu Shocks the Nation, Pens Touching Apology to Amuriat

Former Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) Party president Gen. Mugisha Muntu has sent a touching apology to the current party leadership over the exist news that is still trending on different media houses indicating that he has unsubscribed to the Najjanankumbi based party.

Muntu said that the letter was released prematurely, thereby apologizing to his brother in the struggle.

“I’m really very sorry to my brother Patrick Amuriat and the rest of the members for the released statement circulating on different media houses, it was released prematurely.”

According to this letter, Muntu says his exit from Uganda’s leading opposition party takes immediate effect though he vows to give more details regarding his departure on Thursday.

Muntu and the Patrick Amuruat fell out late last year after the party elections. After the striking defeat, Muntu resolved to carryout countrywide consultations and its from these findings that the former UPDF Commander decided to throw in his towel.
