He had one of the most expensive weddings in the history but not so long when the couple of Sulaiman Kabangala Mbuga and his newly wedded wife Vivienne Birungi had not enjoyed their honey moon when he got arrested and jailed at the beginning of this year in January over allegations of committing fraud of over 53 million Swedish krona which is about Shs23 billion. Mbuga was jailed at Awir Central Jail in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The socialite has been rooting in jail for almost 9 months without seeing light of the outside world and keeping in touch with his family and he had not been tried in court.
Recently the minister for gender said that they working very hard to make sure that SK Mbuga gets fair judgement.
Reports the insider has received is that Mbuga is in his preparations to get back to his homeland and start from where he had stopped.
