Ever since the Kyarenga singer joined politics, the wave of activism and urge to change government has increased among different sections especially in the performing arts.
Unlike that previous time when musicians were not bothered about the governance of the country, several singers have now increased the levels of political activism through their music something that puts Museveni’s stay at stake.
However as a strong strategist with a bid to remain relevant, News reaching us indicates that Uganda President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni will be launching his new music album very soon.
Speaking to Spark TV, Balaam Barugahare, a music promoter revealed that he is working hard to bring the album to life and the album is said to have only two songs, whose videos are a work in progress and expected to go viral.
Balaam says they are very good songs. “The videos were shot at his farm. I want Museveni to be one of the musicians I personally manage.”
