American reality TV star, Kim Kardashian and husband, rapper, Kanye West will be returning to Uganda next year in February.
According to Tourism minister, Hon.Geoffrey Kiwanda , he said that the couple will return Tourism ambassadors for the country.
“We are recruiting good will tourism ambassadors. Our brother,Kanye and wife Kim are coming back early next year in February. We need anyone who can offer anything to come on board,” he said.
The couple that caused a huge buzz when they visited Uganda in September will be announced as good will tourism ambassadors of Uganda on their return.
On their visit, Kim praised the beauty and nature of Uganda, calling it a heaven on earth and asked the world to visit the country, something which could have made her a suitable candidate for this role.
Kiwanda has also revealed that he will be naming a couple of other celebrities as good will tourism ambassadors so that they can create awareness for the country and boost the tourism economy.
It should also be noted that the minister early this month, shared pictures of him and Zari disclosing they are working on a partnership that revolves around promoting tourism in Uganda.
