Deputy Attorney General Rukutana Mwesigwa has left the public in awe after he was pictured grazing his cattle in his hometown- Ntungamo armed with a loaded AK47 gun.
The photo of Mwesigwa carrying an AK47 gun with two loaded magazines has been trending on social media with Ugandans wondering where the NRM politician draws the powers to hold such a gun that is only held by security officers.
Clad in a checkered long-sleeved shirt tucked in his kanki trousers, Mwesigwa holds an AK47 with his right hand with his herds of cattle in the background.
The Deputy Attorney General was very instrumental in the age limit debate, but suffered a humiliation when one of the age limit petitioners accused Mwesigwa of siring a kid with Lady Justice Elizabeth Musoke, Justice of the Constitutional Court who was one of the judges on the age limit petition case.
