The former Uganda People’s Congress (UPC) and Ayivu County Member of Parliament Dick Nyai has passed on.
This was revealed by the Speaker Rt. Hon. Rebecca Kadaga during plenary.
According to close relatives, Nyai, breathe his last on Wednesday afternoon after he was rushed to Arua Hospital on Tuesday evening.
Before the results of the tests came out, he breathed his last.
Burial arrangements are still underway.
