The Minister of Information Communication Technology (ICT) and National Guidance Hon. Frank Tumwebaze has this morning set his class so high.
This follows his graduation with the second Masters degree in Public Health from Makerere University.
Tumwebaze who already held a master’s degree in International Relations and diplomacy (Makerere University) depicted the real zeal of flying to greater heights though several Ugandans perceive him as a person who has made it in life and busy living in their future.
The youthful legislator holds an undergraduate degree in computer science from Mabarara University but still insists that he will read as much as he can for as long as he lives.
