Former leader of opposition Prof Morris Ogenga Latigo, has this morning survived yet another motor accident.
The accident transpired at around 4:00pm on Wednesday in Kalongo, Latigo’s native village.
Eye witnesses say the Agago North County Member of Parliament’s vehicle registration number, UBC 035A overturned on his way to Kitgum district.
Latigo reportedly escaped uninjured.
It should be noted that in 2009 and 2011 Prof Latigo was also involved in motor accidents that narrowly claimed his life.
In October 2009, Prof Latigo survived a fatal accident along Kampala-Gulu highway. His driver Sam Tabu Onyenya and a young woman identified as Innocent Awor died on spot.
