State Minister State Minister of Finance for Investment and Privatization Hon. Evelyn Anite Kajik has expressed her super excitement ahead of the forthcoming 2021 general elections.
The Kaboko lawmaker made these comments while interfacing with our insider at the National Leadership institute in Kyangwanzi district where the ruling National Resistance Movement are hosting their ongoing Caucus retreat.
According to Anite, she can’t wait the resolution to endorse President Museveni as a sole candidate for the ruling party.
She added that Museveni is the only committed and focused leader who can take this country ahead therefore its not wise to make mistakes in disguise of mere change in leadership.
“He has been here, we have all tasted and tried him, he is indeed an incredible leader and no one can dispute that, All I can Say is to implore my colleagues to respect the decision by the Central Executive Committee passed in Kyobe Resort, so that we can take this country forward.” Anite noted citing that once the Cause endorses the bid, then it will only be the delegates conference remaining.
She said that as the ruling party, they are ready interface with anyone and just slightly worried of serious contestants like Dr. Kiiza Besigye but not everyone making noise social media.
Anite says that though some people are busy hyping the Kyadondo East Lawmaker Hon. Kyagulanyi Robert Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine, it’s not reason enough to cause fear towards the ruling party since they are fully organised and ready for the mega 2021 election battle.
“We have structures countrywide, vast experience and support therefore we can’t fear anyone, whoever wants to contest should go but you need to get rest assured that president Museveni the best and reliable candidate.” Anite added.
