I will Mobilize my friends to Support Urban Youth Talents – Muhoozi

First son Lt. Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba has expressed his passion towards uplifting youth careers especially those in urban centers.

Speaking during his birthday surprise dinner, Muhoozi pledged to start a sports fund for urban youth.

“Urban youth shall start engaging in sporting activities using support from the Sports Fund, adding that that the President will contribute UGX 50M to the fund.

Other support to the fund shall be mobilized from friends, he added.

Muhoozi further asked government leaders to consider putting in place a memorial museum to document Uganda’s wars, rebellions and political upheavals to enable young people to acquaint themselves with the country’s history.

The former commander of Special Forces Command (SFC) was born on April 24, 1974 and on Wednesday received glowing tribute on social media for his 45th birthday.

When sun went to bed, Muhoozi hosted a handful of his close friends and relatives to a sumptuous birthday bash that was held at Sudhir Ruparelia’s luxurious Speke Commonwealth Resort Hotel in Munyonyo. With entertainment from Bebe Cool and guitarist Myko Ouma among others, the VIP enjoyed a sumptuous evening with the First Son.
