Popular Kenyan musician and lawmaker Hon. Charles Njagua popularly known as Jaguar was yesterday arrested and imprisoned by security operatives amid diplomatic storm over his comments against foreign traders.
The Starehe Member of Parliament was arrested outside Parliament building over alleged xenophobic comments.
News coming in now indicates that Jaguar is to spend 24 more hours in police cells.
According to the Kenyan criminal court, they are to deliver ruling on his bond application, opposed by the prosecution, tomorrow Friday 28th June 2019.
