Makindye West MP Allan Ssewanyana on Wednesday evening survived sleeping in the coolers for causing fracas in the VIP section during the one all draw match between Uganda Cranes and Zimbabwe.
According to sources in Egypt, the naughty Ssewanyana (DP) attempted to light a fire flare in the stadium at the VIP section.
This prompted the security officials at the stadium to swing into action and before the sports radio presenter could lift the fire stick up, it had been hijacked. He was warned never to light a fire in the stadium especially in the VIP section. Ssewanyana is among the MPs in Cairo to watch the ongoing AFCON games.
Ssewanyana is well known for being very chaotic. His true character was witnessed in the ugly scenes that rocked Parliament chambers during the age limit debate in 2018 where he exchanged blows with security operatives and swung microphone stands on them like a real village champion.
