Buganda Road Magistrates Court has finally released renowned City music promoter Andrew Mukasa aka Bajjo Events on bail.
In a session presided over by Magistrate Stella Maris Amabilis on Thursday morning, Bajjo was asked to make a cash bail of Shs4 million.
His three sureties were each bonded Shs20 million non-cash. These included Abbey Musinguzi also an Events Promoter popularly known as Abitex, Aloysius Matovu Kiiza, an employee of Buganda Broadcasting Services (BBS TV) and Democratic Party activist Moses Bigirwa.
Bajjo was facing offensive communication and inciting violence Charges.
He was picked by security operatives from Centenary Park where he was addressing journalists on a marathon to raise funds for the Kyadondo East legislator Robert Kyagulanyi also known as Bobi Wine.
