Phiona Bridget Kyeru, an accountant by profession, is Miss Tourism 2019/20.
Kyeru, 22, works as an assistant accountant at Reign Ads Limited in Kamwokya.
She was crowned on the night of October 4 at the Kampala Serena Hotel in a grand finale that featured 25 contestants.
Prossy Premah Agwang, 18, a student at YMCA Comprehensive Institute in Kampala studying a certificate in business administration emerged as first runner up.
Jean Corprise Akullo, 19, a student at Kyambogo University studying a bachelors degree in interior design and landscape architecture emerged as the second runner up.
The contestants were tested in life skills including etiquette, public speaking and handling newly found fame, among other aspects.
The overall winner Kyeru walked away with a car, a Noah, which was gifted by renowned business man, Jack Pemba, as well as a land title from Sema Properties Limited.
She replaces Margaret Kankwanzi who was Miss Tourism 2018/19.
The new title holder will now represent Uganda in Malaysia at the Miss Tourism International. The event will take place on November 8.
