Opposition Forum for Democratic Change [FDC] on Monday conducted a successful mobilization expedition in the districts of Kampala Metropolitan i.e Wakiso, Kampala Central, Makindye, Lubaga, Nakawa, and Kawempe at the Party Headquarters Najjanankumbi-Kampala in the main Conference Hall.
The meeting attracted leaders from party grassroots structures, elected leaders in the local government/KCCA, Members of Parliament and prospective candidates in the forthcoming elections.
The meeting agreed to an aggressive Mobilization caravan across the Kampala Metropolitan area with a singular message of awareness for the cardinal role that everyone must commit to regime change now and facilitate transformation of the Nation for today and the future.
Tha caravan will start with Independence Day Commemoration at the Party Headquarters Najjanankumbi-Kampala this Wednesday 9th October 2019 at 9am, proceed to Nakawa on 19th October 2019 and thereafter proceed to other districts in the Metropolitan area.
The meeting was addressed by Party President Patrick Oboi Amuriat, Deputy President Owek Joyce Juliet Nabbosa Ssebugwawo, Party Vice Chairman Mr. Mukalazi Kibuka, Deputy Secretary General Harold Kaija, Deputy Spokesperson Mr. John Kikonyogo, Deputy Chairman Electoral Commission Hon. Boniface Toterebuka Bamwenda, Women Leader Faridah Nangozi, Nakawa Constituency MP Hon. Michael Andrew Kabaziguruka and Makindye East MP Hon. Ibrahim Biribawa Kasozi.
The meeting was organised by the Party Spokesperson Hon. Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda in conjunction with the National Youth Leader Mulindwa Walid Lubega.
