In bid to boost service delivery and high levels of professionalism, the Uganda Police force has today opened another series of refresher courses.
During this program, Over two hundred Front Desk Police officers from Kira, Kampala Metropolitan ,Ssezibwa and Greater Masaka Regions undergoing a two-day workshop in Customer Care at CID headquarters, Kibuli.
AIGP Edward Ochom, Director Research and Planning opened the course and tasked them to actively protect the image of the force.
A number of facilitators from within the Police and outside are expected to talk to the officers on how to improve customer care as they serve the public.
