The forum for Democratic Change (FDC) Party presidential Aspirant Patrick Amuriat Oboi has been arrested.
The former Kumi Lawmaker was arrested I Najjanamkumbi as he attempted to access the party offices ahead of the nomination in Kyambogo.
Amuriat who was driving a private car was grabbed by men in uniform and forcefully pushed into a police saloon car and whisked away.
Prior to his arrest a number of FDC Officials including the Leader of Opposition Hon. Betty Aol Ochan, party Deputy Secretary General Hon. Harold Kaija among others were blocked from accessing the party offices.
