Former Woman MP wakiso district Rosemary Sseninde has been approved as the new director for mobilization & Cadre development in the NRM central Executive committee ( CEC) meeting held yesterday 7th July 2021 at States House Entebbe and was presided over by the party National chairperson Kaguta Museveni.
She replaces late Hon Mathias Kasamba who passed on this year.
Hon Sseninde who has been a Member of Parliament for the last 20 years was also former Minister of State for Education in charge of Primary Education.
The NRM Director of Information Publicity and Public Relations Hon Emmanuel Dombo Lumala confirmed to our reporter that Sseninde has been appointed and will resume her duties at the Party Secretariat with immediate effect.
The meeting also approved the appointment Rt Hon Richard Awany Todwong as the party Secretary General Hon Rose Namayanja Nsereko as deputy Secretary general and Hon Barbra Nekesa as treasure.
