Troubled NUP activist Gen Bigirwa Moses asks his party’s MPs to contribute 500,000 each to buy him a new vehicle
Bigirwa who is having family problems after parting ways with his wife looks to be in more dilema. His car that he has been using in the mobilization campaigns has totally broken down almost requiring no further repair.
He has asked NUP MPs to each contribute 500,000 so as he can get himself a new Suv that he will use to mobilize for the party further.
Some NUP Mps were however not happy with him for putting the matter into the media and thus asked him to talk to them independently because they are more than willing to contribute since he is an active party cadre
