The Vice president of the Republic of Uganda H.E Hon Jessica Olupa visited Kasese on a working trip.
The Katakwi lawmaker appreciated the issue of reviving Kilembe mines Limited and the effects of the disasters on Kilembe mines infrastructure for government intervention.
Speaking at the event held in town, Alupo Pledged commitment of government to revive Kilembe mines Limited and her infrastructure that has been affected by the floods.
“We appreciate government of Uganda for the commitment towards the economic development of Kasese.” Said the Kasese District leadership.
