TOP 10: Here is the List Of Uganda’s Wealthiest Pastors, Net Worth, Businesses and Side Hustles

Besides having wealthy people that have always made it the news each and every time, there is a cluster of unbeatable rich people that have most times gone un maintained due to the nature of their works. Besides of the fact that some pastors have occasionally under declared their wealth over fear of controversy, www.ugtribune.com has dug into their backgrounds and complied the list of the top Ten wealthy men of God.

10. Pastor Isaac Kyobe Kiwewesi

Kyobe Kiwewesi was once attacked by people on claims that he is gay. He has since moved past the ridicule and now has a big cathedral in Kasanga. He actually owns a huge part of Kasanga. Pastor Kyobe has a current net worth of $45 million.

9. Apostle Grace Lubega

He is the man with the biggest young and elite following in Uganda. Apostle Grace has successfully hidden most of his assets and projects from the media and the public but a lot has been achieved by his ministry in the shortest time.  He owns Manifest TV, huge pieces of land in land in prime areas of Kampala and Western Uganda. He is also linked to the ownership of a fleet of businesses around the city.  

8. Pastor Aaron Mutebi

Pastor Aaron Mutebi is the senior pastor of Entebbe Miracle Centre Church. He holds a certificate in Christian mission and a Diploma in Biblical Theology from Biblical College in Chicago Illinois for a certificate in Spiritual warfare. Besides having defied all odd by rising from a Newspaper to a popular man of God, Mutebi hold a fleet of businesses i.e. has over 50 Taxis, a number real Estates projects, and he in actively involved in commercial farming. He is also the owner of Rainbow Christian School. Pastor Mutebi is one of the few men of God that make more than Shs. 20 Million a week without looking about what comes from the ministry.  

7. Pastor Simeon Kayiwa

He not so popular in the news but Pastor Kayiwa it wouldn’t be wrong to say that he has achieved it all. From a humble background, has invested in large commercial agriculture, owns a private University, and is also named in the ownership of some other lower and higher education schools.

6. Pastor Jackson Senyonga

He is the owner and founder of Christian Life Church Ministries in Bwaise, Uganda. He has widely invested in many sectors, owning a top television station, a top radio station, Kampala FM as well as a number buildings. Pastor Ssenyonga has also invested heavily in agriculture and also linked to the ownership of some education institutions in different parts of the country.

5. Pastor Patience Rwabwogo

Patience Rwabwogo is a biological daughter of president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. Besides being part of the first family, Patience and her Husband Odrek Rwabogo have greatly invested in commercial Agriculture and Production. The duo are linked to the ownership of Lato Milk, and other multi-million Real Estates projects.

4. Pastor Aloysious Bujingo

He is one of the few men of God that don’t fear controversy. Bujingo besides allegations of under declaring his assets, his net worth might make you wonder why he still works hard even. He runs one of the fastest raising and profit-making media houses (Salt FM and Salt TV). He has almost bought off all his immediate and far end neighbors in Kikoni where he plans to build a multibillion Pentagon house. He is also linked to the ownership of Canaan Soda and other multimillion projects.    

3. Pastor Gary Skinner

He started out with a small church on Kampala road that has since grown to KPC which has 5 branches. It is currently referred to as ‘Watoto’. Pastor Skinner has lots of wealth such as land and property on the shores of Lake Victoria. His current net worth is about $128 million.

2. Pastor Robert Kayanja

He is the pastor of Miracle Centre Cathedral in Uganda. He owns huge parcels of land around the Lake Victoria Basin, which is Africa’s largest freshwater basin. Pastor Kayanja has a current net worth of $741 million.

1. Prophet Samuel Kakande

Pastor Prophet Kakande, the chair of the Synagogue Church of All Nations in Mulago, Uganda, is the top among the top 10 richest pastors in Uganda by 2022. With a current net worth of $910 million, Pastor Kakande has heavily invested in agriculture. His currently constructing a multibillion church in Mulago that is set to have a seating capacity of over 40,000 people. Kakande owns square miles of land in different parts, fish ponds, poultry farms with over 500,000 birds, sand mining quarry among others.
