The leadership of the opposition National Unity Platform has held a solid meeting with hundreds of foot soliders from the Kampala metropolitan area.
This meeting comes a few weeks to the dates for the second wave of the national wide Mobilization Campaign aimed at reaching some of the major towns and districts that were not on the first roadmap.
The event held at One Love Beach in Busabala was flagged by the party principal Hon. Kyagulanyi Robert Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine.
According to Bobi Wine, he was very delighted to host such a big number of loyal supporters willing to do whatever it takes for Uganda to get liberated.
“Very delighted today, to host and spend some quality time with several comrades who have devoted their lives to the struggle for a free Uganda. Although most of them do not aspire for or hold any elective positions, they spend each day striving for a better country by engaging in different activities. While appreciating them for their commitment, I encouraged them to remain hopeful, resting assured that the eventual victory of the people of Uganda is certain.” reads part of Bobi Wine’s message.
