Police in Bukwo district have arrested three suspects who participated in the murder of Rev. Neto Augustine aged 43 years on October, 29, 2018 in East Elgon Forest. It’s alleged that four residents of Kapukorosoi village in Bukwo District have been sending their cattle to East Elgon Forest to freely graze without anybody attending to them. Embattled Executive Director of Uganda Investment Authority (UIA) Ms. Jolly Kaguhangire has finally been sacked. According to the letter dated 26th October signed by the Board Chairperson, Ms Kaguhangire’s departure works with immediate effect. “The board [UIA] has resolved in a special meeting of October 26, 2018 to terminate your employment contract as executive director with immediate effect,” the letter reads. Kira Road Police has arrested a 32 year old caretaker Harriet Nakalema for allegedly murdering her one and half year old daughter by removing her private parts, uterus and intestines. Moses Muwanguzi a resident of Namungoona, Luyinja was found with a number of Flat Screen TVs ranging from different sizes and models.
