The incident happened this evening a few meters away from his home in Bulenga a Kampala suburb. Kirumira was driving along with his wife and the duo were gunned down on spot. A source at the scene indicates that they have all been rushed to Rubaga hospital.

The Speaker of Parliament, Rebecca Kadaga, has called on Ugandans living in the diaspora to promote development by attracting foreign investors into the country.
