Makerere University academician Dr. Stella Nyanzi’s case has been adjourned to 8th October 2018. This followed the absence of the presiding Judge at Buganda Road chief magistrate’s court. The minister of health Hon. Ruth Aceng has said that distanced the entire ministry from the allegations that they fueled the tortured MPs delay from accessing better medication abroad. Government spokesperson Mr. Ofwono Opondo has lampooned Kyadondo East lawmaker of dramatizing and exaggerating the Arua mayhem event of Monday 13th August. Speaking while appearing on a television interview on Monday morning, Ofwono said that Bobi Wine should not claim that he can’t walk yet he is wearing a 2kg shoe. The Speaker of Parliament, Rebecca Kadaga, says that legislators will be encouraged to work with the Uganda North America Association (UNAA) in ensuring food security in Uganda. Police in Mukono has arrested security guard and booked him for murder after he reportedly shot and killed a colleague in Seeta late Wednesday evening. A security guard identified as PSG/127 Joel Odeke Okurut deployed by Pyramid Security Group located in Ntinda Minister’s Village shot dead a colleague as they guarded at St. Catherine School in Seeta. A four-month old baby boy that was stolen on the 12/07/18 vide SD 58/12/07/18 from its parents at Old Market, Northern Division in Kisoro Municipality/District has been recovered. He was recovered in Kyampisi Village, Kyabakade Parish, Nagalama in Mukono district on 26/08/18 by Shaban Ssemogerere, a crime preventer on a tip off.
