The Rwenzururu Kingdom’s King Charles Wesley Mumbere asked to have property taken during his imprisonment in 2016 released, but the High Court’s International Crimes Division turned down his appeal. Dr Pamela Tibihikirra-Kalyegira has been appointed as the new director Law Development Centre (LDC) following the exit of Mr Frank Nigel Othembi who had been at the helm of the institution for 12 years.
