Uganda Development Bank (UDB), the country’s national Development Finance Institution, has launched the Incubator Program under Enterprise Development Product (EDP). The program is designed to prepare enterprises to become investor ready. The launch was announced during a press briefing held at Uganda Management Institute (UMI). The General Court Martial in Makindye has for the third time dismissed the bail application for 28 supporters of the National Unity Platform (NUP) who facing trial of unlawful possession of ammunition. Eight Police officers attached to Kira-Police Division in Kira Municipality Wakiso District have been arrested for reportedly stealing sixty million shillings in exhibits. Robert Twinomujuni, a well-known businessman in the city, was accused of forging a land sale agreement in the southwest Ntungamo District and was sent to Luzira Prisons.
