The Territorial Police in Aswa West Region and Gulu West CPS, have in custody, a 13 year, female pupil of Divine Care Nursery and Primary School, identified as Angee Bakita, a South Sudanese National, for the alleged murder of her fellow pupil and countrymate, Nyatrich Tracy, aged 14. The territorial police of Busia are investigating the cause of a fire that broke out at Busia Victory Primary School located in Kisenyi B Village, Busia Municipality, Busia District, killing four children and leaving one with minor injuries.The Fire and Rescue team from Busia Police Station received a call about the incident on the 18th of March 2024, at around 0100Hrs when the children were sleeping.
