The Uganda Law Society (ULS) has challenged the Parliament of Uganda to explain circumstances under which commissions rewarded themselves over 1 billion Uganda shillings. European Investment Bank (EIB Global) and Centenary Rural Development Bank Ltd (“CERUDEB”) have today announced the agreement to make €100 million available to private sector enterprises, with a focus on female borrowers and microenterprises in rural areas.
