The monthly salary and retirement benefits of the Uganda Peoples Defence Forces (UPDF) top brass has been doubled effective this financial year, which started on July 1, while pay for some of the senior officers will increase by half. The Prime Minister, Robinah Nabbanja, on Friday handed over the remaining six security double cabin pick-up trucks.
