At least 4 people have died and 15 others severely injured following an accident between a Pajero and taxi at Kabira village, Kamengo along Kampala-Masaka Highway. According to the eye witnesses, the Pajero vehicle veered off its climbing lane and collided head-on with the commuter taxi Mpigi District Commander Mr Ahmed Kimera Sseguya has attributed the accident to reckless driving and speeding. Munyagwa has been in confinement for 2 weeks for failure to pay 100 million shillings that belonged to a one John Baptist Maali. The Inspector General of Police Gen. Kale Kayihura has said that the rising criminality and gun violence is organized some people who travel from Kampala to terrorize places like Masaka.
