The Minister of state for water, Hon. Aisha Sekindi has cautioned young people against politics of hate and division, saying it is a hindrance to development. Police in Nebbi district have retrieved a body of a man from river Alala who was hacked to death by thieves who were stealing iron sheets from his house. The deceased has been identified as Jacky Uvon, 59, of Gosi village, Pajur parish, Erussi sub county in the Nebbi district, who was allegedly murdered by five men. The ruling National Resistance Movement secretariat yesterday relaunched cadre training lectures dubbed ‘The NRM Ideological Clinics’ for its staff and party cadres to equip them with information among the ruling party. Uganda Tourism Board (UTB) has started to undertake a nationwide grading and classification exercise. This was revealed at a press conference at UTB headquarters addressed by Lilly Ajarova CEO (UTB), Uganda Hotel Owners Association (UHOA) Chairperson and Vice Chairperson Board of UTB, Susan Muhwezi, Broadford Ochieng, Deputy CEO (UTB) and Jean Byamugisha, Executive Director (UHOA).
