Kampala Metropolitan Police Apprehends Third Suspect in Aggravated Robbery Case Central Police Station Kampala has successfully apprehended another suspect in connection to the aggravated robbery incident involving Mr. Mugisha Tomson, aged 40, which was captured on CCTV. Mugisa Derrick, also known as Musota, was arrested today around Nakivubo Channel in the city center. The finance ministry last week presented a budget estimate of sh14 trillion to Parliament, pushing the national budget expenditure for the financial year 2024/25 from sh58.3 trillion to sh72.13 trillion. The revised budgetary allocations that were approved by Parliament left several accounting officers of ministries, departments and agencies in tears, while others laughed all the way to the bank.
