At least 15 people were killed and ten others wounded in the central Somali town of Galkayo on Monday when Shabaab militants attacked a Sufi religious centre, officials said. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has vowed to punish the Lake Victoria Tragedy Boat Operators who he accused of being responsible for dark weekend accident that has claimed dozens of innocent souls.
