At least 53 drivers spent Monday night at Jinja Road police station for violating the night-time curfew. Tycoon Hamis Kiggundu emerged winner in the court case where he sued Diamond Trust Bank for breach of contract. Months ago, Ham sued DTB for illegally debiting about Shs120bn from his dollar and shilling accounts.
