The Ebola outbreak in eastern DR Congo has now claimed 55 lives since the start of the month, according to authorities. The death toll comes as the country’s government announced free treatment against the disease for the next three months. The health ministry’s latest bulletin said that the number of deaths had increased following five new victims in Mabalako-Mangina, close to Beni, the epicentre of the outbreak in the North Kivu province. President Weah, the only African to have been named World Player of the Year, was signed by Wenger in 1988 when he coached Monaco.
