Uganda’s fastest growing political umbrella, People Power must still be in a Parte After Parte mood following the triumph of the comrades who graduated in different disciplines at the government owned Kyambogo University. Among today’s celebrants is Saudah Madada, the vocal diehard who became popular during the Arua by-election violence. The ruling National Resistance Movement [NRM] Electoral Commission chairman, Dr Tanga Odoi, has said government has never used state money in elections. “Elections by its nature is emotional and everything must be done to make an election credible,” Tanga said Thursday morning while appearing on NBS television. “I think the EC should have given us a complete month to register. President Yoweri Museveni has praised the leadership of Kampala-based Kyambogo University for the new innovations exhibited at the stalls at today’s graduation ceremony in the University Campus describing them as a renaissance that Africa needs. “In Kyambogo you are beginning to wake up.
