MTN Regional Marathon is set to happen in Arua this Sunday 10th November 2019 as part of efforts to give the annual MTN Marathon season a national feel. Rwanda President Paul Kagame in his Monday reshuffle abandoned a powerful and influential Dr Richard Sezibera who has been serving as the minister of Foreign Affairs.
