The Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Jacob Oulanyah, has urged the central government to appropriately facilitate local governments in order to improve service delivery. The CCTV cameras installed under the National Safe City Project are meant to solve problems of urban insecurity committed by armed assassins riding motocycles and vehicles.
