Police has confirmed an ugly incident where retired Judge Prof George Kanyeihamba attempted to snatch a gun from his home body guard. According to Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson Patrick Onyango, Kanyeihamba told his home police guard to hand over a gun to him because he (body guard) had asked for leave to go and bury his late father.
